Bishop Sanga consecrated and installed in Makete

Pastor Levis Luhuvilo Sanga became the new Bishop of South Central Diocese of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Tanzania (ELCT) based in Makete, Njombe Region, effective Sunday 3 June 2012.

The well-attended church service and ceremony was lead by Bishop Dr. Alex Malasusa assisted by other Bishops as required by the ELCT Constitution.

Soon after his installation, he also installed Pastor Philemon Lutengamaso Kahuka (below, on the right) to become the Assistant to the Bishop.
